The Samoa 530630 60:1 ratio 20kg grease pump is a heavy duty, high pressure transfer double acting pump for use in lubrication
systems delivering grease up to NLGI2.
Operating up to a maximum grease outlet pressure of 8,700psi (600 bar) and a maximum delivery rate of up to 900 grams, the
530630 has been specifically designed to deliver high viscosity greases and viscous lubricants in medium length systems that include
multiple outlets at continuous duty.
The pneumatic air motor of the Samoa 530630 has a very simple mechanism with only three moving parts and therefore less parts
subject to wear. There are no springs present in the mechanism which ensures a long service life and the mechanical end of stroke
mechanism provides maximum reliability contributing to non-stalling operation.
The Samoa 530630 60:1 ratio 20kg grease pump is supplied standard with a 2” bung adaptor for ease of fitting to a 20kg drum and
its air motor & pump assembly is a flanged construction.
