B&M Street transmissions are suitable for use behind engines producing up to 450 ft.-lbs. of torque, which covers most small blocks and mid big blocks. A low first gear ratio and overdrive fourth make these very desirable units. These remanufactured transmissions are put together with new gaskets, bushings, seals, thrust washers, high performance friction materials, and gold zinc-plated hardware. The front pump is rebuilt to B&M specs, and the valve body is recalibrated to specific applications. Also included with these transmissions are a new overdrag sprag assembly, a high performance reaction carrier assembly, and an external electric connector.
