BDS idler pulleys are madefrom billet 6061 aircraftaluminium and T6 heat treatedfor outstanding durabilityand performance. The 2" and3" idler pulleys utilize twosingle row, factorylubricated, rubber sealedball bearings pressed intothe idler housing. The beltrunning surface of the idlerhas been "crowned" in thecentre to help keep theblower belt cantered in theidler pulley and on track.The 5/8" idler pulleymounting bolt in not suppliedwith the idler pulley due tothe various lengthrequirements for differentmounting applications.
