- Standard9.025" and tall deck 9.325"versions allow greaterversatility.
- Raisedcamshaft .391" (4.912"camshaft-to-crankshaftcenterlines) provides moreclearance for stroker cranksand eliminates need forfragile small base circlecams. Option for .434 raisedcam alsoavailable.
- Relocatedoil pan rails are spread .400"per side (.800" wider thanstock) to increase crank/rodclearance and reduce windagelosses.
- Requires useof remote oil filter. Noprovision for block mountedfilters.
- Oil pan boltholes are relocated in linewith main caps to eliminateinterference with rotatingassembly.
- Big blockcamshaft bearings allow theuse of cams with larger basecircle diameter to improvestrength and reduce twistingwith cam-driven pumps (smallblock cam tunnelavailable).
- Dualstarter mounts allow starterto be mounted on either sideof block for chassis and oilpan clearance.
