Hard Blok is a speciallyformulated, cement-basedproduct with refined,size-graded iron particlescombined at an optimum ratioto provide maximum strength,vibration dampening, and heatdissipation required in highperformance race engines. Itscoefficient of thermalexpansion is identical tocast iron engine blocks andit has been tested and proveneffective in aluminiumblocks. One tall fill unitwill fill most big blocks tothe bottom of the water pumpconnection. In certain talldeck blocks, the fill levelmay be an inch or so lower.This level is adequate tostiffen the cylinder walls.Use the tall fill kit for 350cubic inch and larger blocks.Use the short fill unit forcircle track and street rodapplications.
