The segment internal extractors of the 21-E series are used for extracting flat bearings, bearing outer rings, bushes and seals in trade, workshop and industry. The segmented design with extra fine gripping edges allows the safe extraction of flat lying parts. Series 21 convinces with its compatibility and variety of applications. Depending on the application, there are numerous variants of the segment internal extractors. They are used either together with counter supports or with slide hammers.

For extracting flat bearings, bearing outer rings and bushes

• Due to its segmentation and fine spindle, the segment extractor is ideal for precise and gentle work

• Due to the mechanical spindle, even bearings that are seated tightly on the rear wall are extracted safely and quickly

• Shaping ensures a secure grip when mounting and swinging out with bearings or inner rings that form a blind hole

• The thread adapters for internal extractors that may be required are included in the scope of delivery of the counter supports and slide hammers

• Determine the inner diameter of the ball bearing and select a suitable inner extractor

• Insert the inner extractor into the bore and tighten the clamping nut

• If a support surface is available, choose a counter-support, otherwise choose a slide hammer
