OverviewMicro tube brush cylinder brush IBE with blunt tip, 125 mm total length, 5.5 mm diameter, abrasive bristles with aluminium oxide grain K 600 and galvanised twist wire.
The micro tube brush is used for manual or mechanical cleaning and deburring of bores and cross bores, as well as for polishing and rounding edges. The high-quality grinding bristles with aluminum oxide meet these special requirements. When used indoors, the diameter should be selected to suit the workpiece to be processed. The high-quality "Made in Germany" quality is often used in the metalworking industry and the automotive industry.
When using the brushes mechanically, be sure to observe the maximum number of revolutions specified. The maximum RPM of the brush is only permissible if the brush is clamped at least 10 mm deep or if the brush is inserted into the appropriate workpiece before starting to rotate. Insert the brush in a clockwise direction.
