RTS billet steel flywheels are extremely durable and are designed to withstand and dampen the large pulses of energy received by the crankshaft during combustion. They are weight matched to each specific engine to provide smooth acceleration and can withstand the severe abuse of high RPM racing in many modified street and drag cars. They feature a CNC-machined billet steel construction, heat treated gear teeth for added durability, and chemically treated surface with a clutch material safe coating. Features include: CAD engineered 4140 Steel and heat-treated ring gears Available in standard finish or with a black oxide anti-corrosive finish CNC-machined finish Available in multiple configurations Suits 10" clutches Note: The black coating is a black chemical conversion coating (not physically coated) and will not affect clutch disks.
