Sonnax stator support shaft 28154S for GM Powerglides, made of high quality heat-treated alloy steel, provides added strength to give solid support to the torque converter stator. The roller burnish finish in the seal bore improves sealing for better pressure. The spline and knurl areas have been selectively induction hardened for wear resistance; a more pronounced knurl enables more positive press fit. Specially designed for severe duty race applications. Bored to accept bushing 35007A for Turbo Hydramatic applications.
