These Motive Gear Pro Drag Racing ring and pinion sets from Strange are specifically designed for drag racing. They're made from high-nickel 9310 steel that absorbs the high-impact shock loads that occur at the strip. Under the stress of hard launches, these gear sets hold their own, where other gears would fail. Because of their drag race-designed softer steel, Strange does not recommend them for street use. As with all Strange gears, each gear set is inspected under load and pattern-checked to ensure the highest quality gear set available.
