A true prioritymain oiling system oils themain bearings before thelifters for extrareliability.
Features:- Standard9.800" and tall10.200" deck heightsavailable for strokerengines.
- Standard4.250" , 4.500" or4.600" bore sizes withsiamesed extra thick cylinderwalls to resist cracking andimprove ring seal (minimum.300" thick with4.625" bore).
- Uses +.300" tall Gen VIstyle lifters. Modificationfor Gen IV style available.
- Scalloped outerwater jacket walls improvecoolant flow around thecylinder barrels to equalizetemperatures.
- 4 boltbillet steel main caps havesplayed outer bolts for extrastrength.
- Crankshafttunnel has clearance for a4.500" stroke crank withsteel rods without grinding.
- True priority mainoil system lubricates themain bearings before thelifters. Our stepped main oilgallery (9/16" to1/2" to 7/16")increases the flow of oil tothe crank at high rpm, andour front oil crossovereliminates internal oil leaksaround the distributor shaft.
- Oil filter pad isdrilled and tapped for anexternal oil pump.
- Lifter valley head studbosses prevent blown headgaskets.
- Rear maincap uses standard oil pumpand two piece seal - noadapter required!
- Mechanical fuel pump boss,clutch linkage mounts, andside and front motor mountssimplify installation in anychassis.
- Dual oil panbolt patterns fit standardand notched oil pans.
- Coated cam bearings, freezeplugs and dowels areincluded.
